Rewards not showing in account
Before contacting support:
- Verify your wallet address at win.elevatescan.com — pending rewards may appear there before the platform interface updates
- Check that the Learn2Earn cycle was fully completed (all four steps: lesson, quiz, action, verification)
- Allow the full distribution period — reward processing times vary based on network activity
If rewards are still absent after verifying on-chain, contact support.connectunited.com with your wallet address and account details.
Cannot access account
Standard recovery steps:
- Use the password reset option on the login page at connectunited.com
- Check your registered email for a verification link
- If email access is also lost, contact support.connectunited.com for account identity verification
Learn2Earn verification not accepted
Common reasons verification is not accepted:
- Incomplete action step — the action must be fully completed, not just started
- Verification submitted after the cycle closed for the week
- Quiz not passed before the action step was submitted
For cycle-specific issues, the support portal can review submission logs.
Node showing as inactive
Verify node status at win.elevatescan.com using your wallet address. If the explorer shows inactivity but your account dashboard shows active, there may be a sync delay. If both show inactive, contact support with your node ID and wallet address.
