The claims to verify

Two timeline claims appear in Connect United materials and on this site:

  • WIN genesis block: March 21, 2023
  • First WIN transaction: May 30, 2023

Both can be confirmed on the WIN block explorer without contacting Connect United. Here is how.

Verify the genesis block date

  1. Go to win.elevatescan.com
  2. Navigate to Blocks in the top menu
  3. Find Block 0 (the genesis block — the first block the chain ever produced)
  4. Click on it and read the timestamp shown

The timestamp is written into the chain at the time of block production. It cannot be changed retroactively without invalidating the chain. If the explorer shows March 21, 2023, you have confirmed that claim.

Cross-check option: Run the RPC call eth_getBlockByNumber with parameter "0x0" (block zero in hex). The timestamp field in the response is Unix time — convert it at unixtimestamp.com to confirm the date. See the node query guide for how to make RPC calls.

Verify the first transaction date

  1. At win.elevatescan.com, navigate to Transactions
  2. Sort ascending by block number (oldest first)
  3. Find the earliest transaction and read its timestamp

Alternatively, find the first block with a non-zero transaction count and check the transactions inside it. The timestamp of that transaction is the date of the first recorded activity on the chain.

Note: a genesis block can be produced with no user transactions — the chain just starts. The first user transaction typically happens later, once the network is live and participants begin using it. Both dates are meaningful and verifiable; they mean different things.

What this proves — and what it does not

Confirming the genesis block date confirms when the chain started. Confirming the first transaction date confirms when participants first used it. Together, they establish a verifiable operational timeline.

This does not confirm what was happening off-chain before the genesis block, what the team was building, or anything about returns, value, or token price.
